Description

Lead end-to-end implementation and delivery of scalable data platforms and API-led architectures.

Responsibilities

• Design event-driven and API-led architectures to support efficient decision support systems.
• Manage the full API lifecycle, including onboarding, versioning, and security enforcement within API Management.
• Implement deployment strategies such as blue-green and canary deployments.
• Oversee the migration of APIs to API Management and handle import/export challenges.
• Collaborate with stakeholders and data analysts to define solution roadmaps and strategies.

Required Skills

• 15+ years of IT experience with at least 5 years as a Solution Architect.
• Expertise in API Management (APIM), including policies, scalability, and performance techniques.
• Hands-on experience with Azure services: Azure Functions, Event Hubs, Logic Apps, and Service Bus.
• Proven experience with Kafka and event-driven architectures.
• Strong background in designing and developing Web API applications.
• Knowledge of Azure Front Door integration with API Management.
• Experience with Redis caching mechanisms.
• Ability to manage both internal and external API consumption.
• Degree in any graduate field.

Preferred Skills

• Exposure to order management functionality.
• Knowledge of integration with modern Web Apps.
