Description

Design, develop, and maintain automation solutions for REST APIs, microservices, and Kafka workflows to ensure software quality and system reliability.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and enhance automation frameworks using Java, Groovy, Spock Framework, and Rest Assured.
• Automate and validate REST APIs, microservices, and Kafka-based messaging workflows to ensure end-to-end data integrity.
• Create comprehensive test strategies and perform integration and regression testing across the application lifecycle.
• Analyze defects, resolve issues, and integrate automation suites into CI/CD pipelines for faster, reliable releases.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in software quality assurance and automation engineering.
• Strong proficiency in Java and Groovy programming languages.
• Hands-on experience with Spock Framework for behavior-driven development and testing.
• Expertise in Rest Assured for API testing and validation.
• Proven experience automating REST APIs and microservices architectures.
• Practical knowledge of Kafka for messaging workflow automation and validation.
• Experience integrating automation suites into CI/CD pipelines.
• Working knowledge of Agile methodologies.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
