Description

Lead API and UI automation strategy, build scalable test frameworks, and drive CI/CD integration while mentoring a medium-sized team.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement automation frameworks using Selenium and Java.
• Develop API test scripts using Rest Assured.
• Integrate automation suites into CI/CD pipelines.
• Define automation strategy, test plans, and traceability matrices.
• Lead a medium-sized team and ensure delivery quality.

Required Skills

• 5+ years hands-on experience with Selenium and Java.
• Strong grasp of OOPs, Java Collections, and Exception handling.
• Experience with API automation using Rest Assured.
• Proficiency in SQL for data validation.
• Hands-on experience with Behavior-Driven Development (BDD).
• Familiarity with CI/CD tools and processes.
• Experience with JIRA and ALM for test management.
• Knowledge of Agile methodologies and test design techniques.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in onsite-offshore delivery models.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
