Description

You will own the automation and quality assurance for API services.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain regression test suites for APIs.
• Design and create end-to-end test cases covering service interactions.
• Validate API responses, including status codes and JSON body structures.
• Manage the defect lifecycle and troubleshoot issues found during automation runs.

Required Skills

• 4-6 years of experience in Automation Analyst roles.
• Strong hands-on experience with API Automation Testing using REST Assured.
• Proficiency in scripting using JavaScript.
• Experience testing various HTTP methods (GET, PUT, POST, PATCH, DELETE).
• Working knowledge of authentication and authorization flows.
• Experience with REST and SOAP API integration testing.
• Familiarity with CI/CD Pipelines and Agile methodology.
• Proficiency with tools such as Postman, Jira, and Git (GitLab/GitHub).
• Knowledge of PowerShell scripting.
