You will bridge technical API requirements with business needs, managing the full lifecycle from definition to release.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Define and document requirements based on API concepts and industry standards.
• Collaborate across technical and business teams to resolve complex integration issues.
• Manage requirements through the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and release processes.
• Apply Agile and Waterfall project management methodologies to deliverables.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of business analysis experience with large, complex enterprise systems.
• 3+ years of general IT experience.
• 2+ years of hands-on experience using Jira and Confluence.
• Demonstrated knowledge of API concepts and technologies.
• Experience with SDLC and release management.
• Proficiency in Agile and Waterfall project management methodologies.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
