Description

You will develop and manage APIs using IBM API Connect.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement APIs according to business requirements and industry standards.
• Document and maintain API contracts, specifications, and related artifacts.
• Implement API security measures, including OAuth2, API Keys, JWT, and payload encryption.
• Manage consumer organizations, applications, and their access customizations within the API platform.
• Manage the API lifecycle across all environments using CI/CD and DevOps practices.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of professional experience in API development.
• Expert proficiency with IBM API Connect.
• Hands-on experience with DevOps and CI/CD pipelines.
• Proficiency with Postman for API testing.
• Strong understanding of API security standards (OAuth2, API Keys, JWT).
• Experience in API Life Cycle Management.
• Familiarity with API contract documentation and specifications.
