Design, develop, and manage API integrations using the IBM middleware stack.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage APIs using IBM API Connect.
• Build integrations using IBM Integration Bus.
• Configure and manage IBM DataPower Gateway.
• Implement API gateway policies, transformations, and routing logic.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues within the integration layer.

Required Skills

• 4+ years of experience in API development.
• Hands-on experience with IBM API Connect.
• Experience with IBM Integration Bus.
• Familiarity with IBM DataPower Gateway configuration.
• Proficiency in JavaScript, Node.js, Java, or Python.
• Strong understanding of RESTful and SOAP APIs.
• Deep knowledge of API security and authentication mechanisms.
• Bachelor's degree.

Preferred Skills

• IBM Certified Application Developer - API Connect certification.
• Knowledge of DevOps practices and automated deployment tools.
