Description

Provide operational support for DataPower and API Connect to the customer's Gateway team. You will own the stability and performance of these critical infrastructure components.

Responsibilities

• Triage and troubleshoot production issues in collaboration with incident management and project teams.
• Lead triage calls to resolve blockers and coordinate with platform teams.
• Monitor system health and generate performance reports.
• Analyze logs to identify root causes and route defects to the correct teams.
• Document root cause analysis, learnings, and defect prevention steps.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in IT operational or production support.
• 3+ years of experience supporting IBM API Connect.
• Proficiency in troubleshooting and deep log analysis.
• Experience with dashboarding, reporting, and alerting using Splunk or similar tools.
• Any Graduate degree.

Preferred Skills

• OpenShift or Kubernetes experience.
• IBM Cloud Pak products experience.
