Description

You will design, develop, and maintain APIs for a financial institution, managing the full lifecycle from solution design to cloud deployment.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement APIs following industry standards and banking technical requirements.
• Manage the complete API lifecycle, including creation, testing, and deployment.
• Integrate APIs with internal and external systems using cloud environments.
• Create detailed solution designs for API development projects.
• Deploy systems and products in AWS cloud environments.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in API development.
• Strong proficiency with AWS ecosystem and services.
• Hands-on experience with Python and/or Java.
• Experience building CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions.
• Knowledge of infrastructure development and management.
• Experience with Kong API Gateway.
• Understanding of banking API technical standards.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in the financial services domain (fintech or banking).
• Understanding of collateral and risk management in banking environments.
