Description

You will design and implement secure microservices and APIs using Node.js and Azure serverless technologies.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement APIs using REST, gRPC, GraphQL, and OpenAPI/Swagger standards.
• Build server-side logic and maintain dependencies using Node.js and npm.
• Develop serverless solutions and workflows with Azure Logic Apps and Azure Function Apps.
• Implement identity management and secure authentication using Azure AD B2C, OAuth2, and JWT.
• Manage data structures across SQL and NoSQL databases using code-first or data-first approaches.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of professional experience in API and microservices development.
• Proficiency with Node.js and npm.
• Hands-on experience with Azure Logic Apps and Azure Function Apps.
• Strong knowledge of web application security, OAuth2, and JWT.
• Experience with Git and version control via GitHub, Azure DevOps, or BitBucket.
• Ability to design data structures in both SQL and NoSQL environments.
• Practical application of S.O.L.I.D. object-oriented design principles.
• Competency in Windows and Linux environments.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Loopback framework.
• Working knowledge of Oracle databases.
