Description

You will design and implement automated API test frameworks for RESTful and GraphQL services, ensuring scalable and reliable API platforms through integration, performance, and security testing strategies.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Build automated API test frameworks using Java, Python, SQL, and REST Assured.
• Integrate automated API validation into CI/CD pipelines using GitLab and AWS.
• Establish test strategies for high-volume, distributed systems to ensure resilience.
• Troubleshoot and triage production issues, collaborating to resolve defects and improve stability.
• Mentor SDETs on automation best practices and modern testing methodologies.

Required Skills

• 8–10 years of experience in API development and automation testing.
• Strong hands-on expertise in Java and Python.
• Proficiency in SQL for data validation and testing.
• Experience with REST Assured for RESTful and GraphQL services.
• Proven experience integrating API testing into CI/CD pipelines (GitLab, AWS).
• Knowledge of performance and security testing strategies.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or related field.

Preferred Skills

• Experience mentoring SDETs on testable system design.
• Background in distributed systems resilience.
