Description

You will build and maintain scalable backend services and REST-based APIs for multiple systems and environments.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain REST-based APIs using JSON schema and industry best practices.
• Implement user authentication and authorization across distributed systems.
• Manage CI/CD pipelines to ensure zero-touch builds, deployments, and testing.
• Document code and design architecture to communicate effectively with stakeholders.
• Write clean, asynchronous, and non-blocking code following standard engineering practices.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience with Node.js and the JavaScript tech stack.
• Hands-on experience with Express or Fastify frameworks.
• Strong proficiency in JavaScript, including asynchronous programming concepts.
• Deep understanding of Data Structures, algorithms, and exception handling.
• Practical experience with SQL, PostgresDB, and NoSQL databases.
• Hands-on knowledge of Kafka messaging technologies.
• Proficiency with Git, Bitbucket, and JIRA for version control and tracking.
• Strong understanding of JSON schema and RESTful principles.
