Description

You will build, maintain, and support API proxies to ensure operational reliability and compliance.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Build API proxies using Apigee Edge, AWS API Gateway, or Azure API Gateway.
• Review OAS and Swagger specifications for accuracy and compliance.
• Develop automation scripts to streamline operational processes.
• Participate in weekly rotational on-call support and manage incidents via ServiceNow.

Required Skills

• 2-4 years of software development experience with a Bachelor's degree.
• Hands-on experience writing API proxies on Apigee Edge, AWS API Gateway, or Azure API Gateway.
• Proficiency with Swagger Editor, Postman, and Spectral linting tools.
• Working knowledge of security standards including OAuth 2.0 and TLS.
• Solid understanding of computer science fundamentals, data structures, and algorithms.
• Experience with metrics and visualization tools such as Kibana or Grafana.

Preferred Skills

• Familiarity working in a Scrum environment.
