You will design, architect, and develop scalable APIs that adhere to industry standards and business requirements.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and architect efficient APIs while collaborating with cross-functional teams to define specifications.
• Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code to implement and integrate APIs with existing systems.
• Develop and execute testing plans to ensure API reliability, performance, and security.
• Optimize API performance by analyzing usage patterns and resolving bottlenecks.
• Implement security measures, including authentication and authorization mechanisms, to protect sensitive data.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience as an API developer or in a related role.
• Proficiency in Python, JavaScript, Java, or C#.
• Hands-on experience with RESTful, Graph, and SOAP APIs.
• Strong understanding of HTTP and relevant web protocols.
• Experience with API design, development, testing, and documentation.
• Knowledge of API security standards and practices.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Apigee, Azure, or SAP API management.
