Description

You will design, build, and maintain scalable, secure APIs to support business applications and integrations.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain RESTful and GraphQL APIs for internal and external consumers.
• Ensure API performance, scalability, and security across all services.
• Integrate APIs with SQL/NoSQL databases, third-party services, and front-end applications.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and deliver API requirements.
• Write clean, reusable, and well-documented code.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of professional software engineering experience.
• Proficiency in Node.js, Java, .NET, or Python.
• Hands-on experience building RESTful and GraphQL APIs.
• Knowledge of API design standards like OpenAPI/Swagger.
• Solid understanding of SQL and NoSQL databases.
• Familiarity with authentication and authorization protocols (OAuth, JWT).
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).

Preferred Skills

• Experience with microservices architecture.
• Background in high-throughput distributed systems.
