Description

You design and implement healthcare API integrations using FHIR and HL7 standards.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop SOAP/RESTful web services and related integration technologies.
• Implement cloud-based application integration options.
• Contribute technical input to high-impact IT decisions and own complex enterprise-wide applications.
• Coach and mentor junior technical staff.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of IT and business/industry work experience.
• 2+ years of practical application of FHIR standards.
• 2+ years of experience with healthcare interoperability standards such as HL7 and CCDA.
• Experience with Object-Oriented programming, CI/CD principles, and version control tools.
• Experience with SOAP/RESTful web services, JMS/EMS, and related integration technologies.
• In-depth knowledge of modern programming languages and object-oriented design, coding, testing, and debugging.
• Experience working in Agile and SDLC-based environments.

Preferred Skills

• Familiarity with networking, API security best practices, and automation tools.
• Domain experience in healthcare systems and interoperability.
