Description

You will design, build, and secure REST APIs using Java and Spring Boot, owning the architecture and release lifecycle.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain REST APIs using Java and Spring Boot.
• Implement OAuth2 security protocols and automation frameworks.
• Lead architecture discussions with Enterprise Architecture teams.
• Manage API Gateway implementations and integrations.
• Mentor junior developers and conduct regular code reviews.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of professional software development experience.
• Strong proficiency in Java and Spring Boot.
• Hands-on experience with REST API development.
• Experience implementing OAuth2 security protocols.
• Experience working with API Gateways.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent graduate education.
• Ability to lead technical discussions and mentor engineers.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Kong Konnect or Apigee.
• Exposure to Redis, Apache Spark, Kafka, Jenkins, Kubernetes, or Datadog.
