You will own software stories and drive them through all phases of the development lifecycle, including external-facing third-party integrations.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain scalable API platforms using Python to ensure reliability and performance.
• Design and implement RESTful APIs, focusing on orchestration, application integration, and rate limiting.
• Create and maintain technical API documentation using Swagger.
• Monitor API performance metrics and collaborate with frontend and backend teams to troubleshoot issues.
• Enforce security protocols, quality standards, and regular audits to protect the platform.

Required Skills

• 4+ years of experience with Python and modern coding patterns.
• Strong experience in RESTful API design and principles.
• Hands-on experience with Azure cloud development.
• Proficiency with both relational and non-relational databases.
• Working knowledge of API management, security protocols, and tokens.
• Ability to manage application and system integrations.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent graduate status.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with FastAPI and CI/CD pipelines.
• Knowledge of API management workflows.
