Description

Design, develop, and maintain scalable RESTful APIs and microservices while owning the full API lifecycle.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and build high-quality RESTful APIs and microservices.
• Implement API lifecycle management including versioning, deployment, and monitoring.
• Integrate enterprise applications, platforms, and third-party services.
• Troubleshoot technical issues and optimize API performance, reliability, and security.
• Participate in code reviews and uphold development standards in an Agile environment.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of software development experience.
• 5+ years of hands-on API development experience.
• Strong expertise in designing and building RESTful APIs.
• Experience working with Microservices Architecture.
• Understanding of API lifecycle management principles.
• Experience integrating enterprise applications and services.
• Strong problem-solving, troubleshooting, and debugging skills.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with API gateways and API management platforms.
• Familiarity with cloud-based architectures and services.
• Knowledge of API security standards, including authentication and authorization frameworks.
