Description

You will build and maintain real-time, scalable APIs supporting AI/ML models and data service integrations. You will own large backend projects and lead engineering teams in an on-site environment.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement high-performance APIs for real-time data processing and ML model support.
• Lead large-scale backend engineering projects and mentor team members.
• Architect scalable data services and integrations using modern cloud infrastructure.
• Manage deployment pipelines and ensure system reliability in Linux environments.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of backend engineering experience leading large projects or teams.
• Strong proficiency in Go (Golang) or Python; Java is acceptable if expertise is deep.
• Experience with GCP, Kubernetes, or OpenShift.
• Proficiency in Linux system administration and CI/CD workflows (Git).
• Hands-on experience with relational databases (Postgres, Oracle) and NoSQL systems (MongoDB, BigQuery, Bigtable).
• Ability to manage complex data technologies and integrations.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Rust or C++ for performance-critical components.
• Familiarity with Redis for caching and data storage.
