Description

You will automate workflows and integrate web services through custom scripting and API management.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Integrate RESTful web services and manage Jira REST API connections.
• Develop automation scripts using Python and Shell for data parsing and processing.
• Manage task scheduling and automation using cron jobs and other scheduling tools.
• Implement error handling protocols for data transmission and API interactions.
• Execute and monitor HTTP methods and status code responses across integrations.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in API integration and automation.
• Proficiency in Python, specifically using libraries like requests and schedule.
• Strong command of Bash and Shell scripting.
• Deep understanding of RESTful web services and HTTP methods (GET, POST, PUT, DELETE).
• Expertise in JSON data handling and parsing.
• Experience with OAuth authentication protocols.
• Practical knowledge of Git for version control.
• Experience managing cron jobs and task scheduling concepts.
• Ability to interpret and troubleshoot HTTP status codes.

Preferred Skills

• Any Graduate education level.
• 3-year tenure in previous roles.
