Description

You lead hands-on integration development across APIs, microservices, and event-driven architectures while providing technical guidance and design oversight.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead integration development for APIs, microservices, and event-driven systems.
• Provide solutioning inputs and design oversight aligned to enterprise architecture.
• Ensure quality through code reviews, performance tuning, and API standards adherence.
• Act as the primary interface for business stakeholders and support backlog prioritization.
• Drive Agile delivery using Scrum and DevOps practices with continuous improvement.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience in integration and application development.
• Strong expertise in API development and microservices architecture.
• Hands-on experience with API management platforms, specifically Apigee.
• Expertise in event streaming using Kafka.
• Experience with cloud platforms, CI/CD, and Infrastructure as Code.
• Proven track record leading at least 2 system integration and modernization projects.
• Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum and DevOps methodologies.

Preferred Skills

• Experience leading and mentoring offshore teams.
• Ability to oversee incident resolution, monitoring, and continuous optimization.
