You will support partner migrations from the Content API for Shopping to the Merchanet API.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-touch technical support to strategic clients facilitating the Content API for Shopping to Merchanet API migration.
• Design support solutions for complex customer challenges, identifying reusable patterns across partners.
• Perform implementation reviews, educate partners, and resolve technical challenges promptly.
• Communicate pre-migration assessments, flagging any errors or migration-related issues.
• Collaborate with Product and Operations teams to upgrade top client integrations and request necessary process improvements.

Required Skills

• 4-5 years of experience in a technical, partner-facing role with a strong customer focus.
• 2–5 years of Product Management experience in a technology or R&D environment.
• Experience coding in Python, Java, Go, C, or C++ with data structures and algorithms.
• Deep expertise with RESTful APIs, including integration, troubleshooting, and debugging.
• Proficiency in SQL for data management and analysis.
• Proven project management skills managing complex technical migrations.
• Strong background in UX or product design collaboration, including wireframing and prototyping.
• Ability to communicate effectively with engineering, design, and executive stakeholders.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
