Description

Support partner migrations from the Content API for Shopping to the Merchanet API through high-touch technical assistance and implementation reviews.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate Content API for Shopping to Merchanet API migrations for strategic clients.
• Design support solutions for complex customer challenges and identify reusable patterns.
• Perform implementation reviews and resolve technical issues promptly.
• Communicate pre-migration assessments and flag errors or migration-related issues.
• Collaborate with Product and Operations teams to upgrade integrations and request process improvements.

Required Skills

• 4-5 years of experience in a technical, partner-facing role with strong customer focus.
• 2–5 years of Product Management experience in a technology or R&D environment.
• Proficiency in Python, Java, Go, C, or C++ with data structures and algorithms.
• Deep expertise with RESTful APIs, including integration, troubleshooting, and debugging.
• Proficiency in SQL for data management and analysis.
• Proven project management skills managing complex technical migrations.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
