Description

Lead API solution development and manage technical teams to deliver enterprise-grade services.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor development teams using Scrum, Kanban, or SAFe frameworks to implement API solutions.
• Design technical roadmaps, including decommissioning legacy systems and adopting new enterprise API technologies.
• Collaborate with Architecture, DevOps, and Infrastructure teams to ensure technical alignment and system stability.
• Coordinate with production support to resolve API issues and maintain service reliability.
• Prepare API specifications using Swagger Hub and conduct peer code reviews.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of professional software engineering experience.
• Expertise in .NET Core 3.1, Microsoft C#.Net, VB.Net, and ASP.NET.
• Strong proficiency with Oracle, SQL Server (2014+), PostgreSQL, and RDS.
• Hands-on experience building APIs using JSON and XML.
• Expert coding ability in Ruby, Java, JavaScript, Scala, or Node.js.
• Experience with Splunk integration for API-related solutions.
• Detailed knowledge of secured CI/CD processes using Jenkins and Bitbucket.

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of building loosely coupled Microservices using RESTful APIs.
• Experience with AWS infrastructure, Kubernetes, and Docker containers.
• Familiarity with API exposure via APIGEE and monitoring via AppDynamics.
