Description

You will provide expert support and administration for the MuleSoft Platform.

Responsibilities

• Configure APIs, proxy endpoints, API portals, and API analytics using MuleSoft API Manager.
• Maintain and optimize MuleSoft installations, including patching and addressing CI/CD pipeline issues.
• Manage platform certificate renewals across on-prem and AKS environments.
• Document and maintain operational runbooks and coordinate with vendors for support tickets.
• Participate in disaster recovery, performance, and load testing activities.

Required Skills

• Three or more years in administration and engineering of the MuleSoft Platform.
• Five or more years total experience supporting enterprise-class applications.
• Hands-on experience with Mule v4.0+ and RTF on-prem and RTF upgrades.
• Proven knowledge of API security standards, including OAuth2.0/OpenID Connect.
• Experience working on MuleSoft for orchestration and integration.
• Demonstrated ability in the entire service development lifecycle with monitoring, alerting, and tracing.
• Working experience in an Agile environment.
• Knowledge of integration design patterns (security, encryption, transformations, error handling).
• Familiarity with the organization's AnyPoint platform strategy and standards.
