Description

You will administer and support the MuleSoft platform, managing API configurations, security, and deployment pipelines.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Configure and maintain APIs, proxy endpoints, portals, and analytics in MuleSoft API Manager.
• Administer MuleSoft installations, handle patching, and resolve CI/CD pipeline issues.
• Manage platform certificate renewals for on-prem and AKS environments.
• Document operational runbooks and coordinate vendor support tickets.
• Participate in disaster recovery, performance, and load testing.

Required Skills

• 3+ years administering and engineering the MuleSoft Platform.
• 5+ years total experience supporting enterprise-class applications.
• Hands-on experience with Mule v4.0+, RTF on-prem, and RTF upgrades.
• Knowledge of API security standards (OAuth2.0/OpenID Connect).
• Experience with MuleSoft orchestration and integration.
• Understanding of the service development lifecycle, including monitoring, alerting, and tracing.
• Familiarity with integration design patterns (security, encryption, transformations, error handling).

Preferred Skills

• Working experience in an Agile environment.
• Familiarity with the organization's AnyPoint platform strategy and standards.
