Are you passionate about securing APIs and driving governance at scale? We’re looking for an experienced API Security SME to lead governance, risk, and compliance efforts across the API lifecycle.

What You’ll Do:
Establish and oversee API Security Governance frameworks (policies, standards, controls)
Define and manage workflows for vulnerability handling, security reviews, and exception processes
Ensure compliance across API lifecycle phases (design, development, deployment, maintenance)
Review and monitor API onboarding, security posture checks, and decommissioning workflows
Provide expert guidance on authentication, authorization, and secure data handling
Apply best practices including OWASP API Top 10 mitigation strategies
Conduct audits, gap assessments, and track remediation progress
Partner with DevSecOps, architecture, and engineering teams to embed secure design
Prepare governance reports, dashboards, and audit documentation for leadership

What We’re Looking For:
9+ years of experience in Cyber Security
Deep expertise in API Security and governance frameworks
Strong understanding of secure design principles and vulnerability management
Experience working cross-functionally with engineering and compliance teams
