Description

You will lead application security architecture and API security testing automation for project teams and business stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead application security architecture efforts through close collaboration with project teams.
• Review project architectures and technical solutions to ensure security alignment.
• Implement and manage API security controls including SSO, OAuth, and threat protection.
• Integrate security elements within API gateways, including WAF and Websockets.

Required Skills

• 6+ years of experience leading application security architecture efforts.
• 5+ years of experience reviewing project architectures and solutions.
• Hands-on experience with API security testing tools such as Data Theorem, Synopsys, Ready API, Traceable, JMeter, or Postman.
• Functional understanding of RESTful and SOAP API protocols.
• Deep knowledge of API security controls: SSO, OAuth, and Threat Protection.
• Experience with API gateway security integrations involving WAF and Websockets.
• Familiarity with Identity and Access Management, specifically AWS IAM integrations.
