Description

Lead the design, development, and deployment of Azure Integration Services for data and application integration.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Build new oData and REST APIs using Azure App Services and Azure Functions to integrate with Azure SQL Server and CosmosDB.
• Translate business requirements into detailed design specifications while providing technical leadership through coaching and mentorship.
• Design secure, scalable, and sustainable solutions, maintaining high standards for code quality and development processes.
• Create development plans, provide time and cost estimates, and identify risks or mitigation strategies throughout the cycle.
• Assist DevOps and support teams with troubleshooting high-priority implementation issues and production investigations.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in software development.
• Proficiency in C#, .NET Framework, and .NET Core.
• Extensive experience with Azure cloud services including Service Bus, Event Grid, App Services, Azure Functions, Logic Apps, and App Insights.
• Experience building RESTful APIs and microservices using XML and JSON.
• Hands-on experience with relational and NoSQL databases, specifically CosmosDB and Azure SQL Server.
• Working knowledge of Azure DevOps, Jira, Git, Terraform, and ARM.
• Strong understanding of Agile principles and cloud development.
• Ability to work within Visual Studio.

Preferred Skills

• Experience providing high-level estimates for long-term roadmap initiatives.
