Description

You will own API testing, validation, and framework implementation for the team's integrations.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Execute manual API tests using Postman for authorization, authentication, and response validation.
• Develop and maintain API testing frameworks to ensure consistent quality across releases.
• Implement automation for API test suites to reduce regression cycles.
• Collaborate with developers to resolve defects identified during testing phases.
• Document test cases and report bugs with clear reproduction steps.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in API testing and quality assurance.
• Proficiency with Postman for manual API testing, including complex authorization flows.
• Strong understanding of API testing frameworks and methodologies.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• Experience with RESTful API concepts and HTTP protocols.

Preferred Skills

• Hands-on experience with API automation tools and scripting.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines for automated testing integration.
