Description

Design and implement API management solutions using Apigee and Google Cloud Platform. Own the full lifecycle from proxy development to deployment and analytics.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage Apigee proxies, shared flows, policies, and KVM.
• Implement OAuth token creation and validation protocols.
• Configure monetization strategies for proxies and subscriptions.
• Build and maintain Jenkins pipelines for API deployment.
• Integrate Apigee with BigQuery for analytics and reporting.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in API development and architecture.
• Hands-on expertise with Apigee API development.
• Strong Java development skills.
• Proficiency in Javascript or Python for Apigee implementation.
• Experience with OAuth flows, including client credentials and authorization code.
• Knowledge of Google Cloud Platform (GCP) and Google Kubernetes Engine.
• Experience working in Linux and OpenShift environments.
• Understanding of headless flows and Google Marketplace integration.

Preferred Skills

• Apigee X experience.
• Implementation of PKCE in OAuth flows.
