Description

You design, develop, secure, and manage API proxies using Google Cloud's Apigee platform.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain API proxies on Apigee Edge or Apigee X.
• Implement security policies including OAuth, API keys, and authorization protocols.
• Manage the developer portal and oversee the API lifecycle.
• Debug issues and analyze API performance metrics.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of professional experience in API development.
• Proficiency in Apigee Edge or Apigee X.
• Strong knowledge of RESTful API design, HTTP/HTTPS, JSON, and XML.
• Programming experience with Java, JavaScript (Node.js), or Python.
• Understanding of security standards: OAuth, API keys, and authorization.
