Drive successful Apigee X deployments in GCP, focusing on secure and scalable environments.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement Apigee X infrastructure setup and proxy development.
• Secure APIs by implementing authentication and authorization mechanisms.
• Accelerate API delivery by implementing CI/CD pipelines for automated deployments.
• Develop custom Apigee X Shared Flows using advanced JavaScript skills.
• Participate in design, implementation, and support of new application builds, including API documentation.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of professional experience in API management.
• Expertise in Apigee X infrastructure setup and Proxy development.
• Hands-on experience with GCP serverless and storage services.
• Proficiency in API management cloud concepts.
• Experience setting up security for proxies and mitigating vulnerabilities.
• Strong skills in CI/CD Pipelines implementation.
• Competency in JavaScript for custom flow development.
• Experience driving various forms of testing (regression, unit, load).
