Description

You will design, develop, and manage API proxies using Apigee X.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop API proxies using Apigee X.
• Integrate APIs with backend systems, including RESTful and SOAP services.
• Monitor API performance, troubleshoot issues, and optimize throughput.
• Collaborate with frontend and backend teams to align APIs with business requirements.
• Provide API documentation and technical support.

Required Skills

• 5-8 years of experience building APIs specifically using Apigee.
• Hands-on experience with Apigee X.
• Expertise in RESTful API design, modeling, and documentation.
• Experience implementing security protocols including OAuth 2.0 and other authentication mechanisms.
• Proficiency in Java programming.
• Experience with SOAP services and RESTful services.
• Familiarity with Splunk and Postman.
• Experience working within Agile/Scrum teams.
• Experience with GCP cloud platforms.
