Description

You will design, build, and lead the development of cloud-native APIs within the Google Cloud Platform ecosystem.

Responsibilities

  • Design, build, and test cloud-native APIs using the Apigee EDGE platform.
  • Develop and implement RESTful APIs using Java and related technologies.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues within pre-production and production services.
  • Collaborate with customers and cloud partners to evaluate new technologies and industry-specific architectures.
  • Support DevOps processes and software build management.

Required Skills

  • 4+ years of experience in application design and development.
  • Hands-on experience with Apigee EDGE (SaaS) and ApigeeX (GCP).
  • Proficiency in Java for API development.
  • Experience working within Google Cloud Platform (GCP) environments.
  • Strong understanding of security models and OAuth concepts.
  • Direct experience with RESTful APIs.
  • Proficiency with Splunk, Swagger, Postman, and Assertible.
  • Experience setting up Prometheus and Grafana dashboards.

Preferred Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
