Description

Manage the full API lifecycle and platform operations within an Apigee environment.

Responsibilities

• Define API strategy and execution, including service virtualization and API product bundles.
• Develop, publish, and maintain APIs while configuring routes, flows, and programmable proxies.
• Manage security protocols including authentication, authorization, certificates, encryption, mTLS, and OAuth.
• Administer platform operations such as user roles, permissions, network configuration, and backup/restore processes.
• Support hybrid deployment models and perform regular monitoring and health checks.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in API management and Apigee operations.
• Expertise in Apigee operations and configuration.
• Proven experience configuring Edge.
• Deep understanding of managing the full API lifecycle.
• Hands-on experience developing and publishing APIs.
• Ability to configure and deploy programmable and configurable proxies.
• Knowledge of security administration and network configuration.
• Experience managing developer registration and providing API documentation.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with hybrid deployment models.
