Description

Lead the design, implementation, and management of API solutions using Apigee Edge.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement APIs using Apigee Edge and architectural frameworks.
• Configure Apigee component architecture and implementation settings.
• Implement API security protocols including OAuth, SAML, Web SSO, and SSL.
• Manage API analytics, custom report generation, and Splunk integration.
• Execute build and deployment methodologies for Apigee across multiple environments.

Required Skills

• 6 to 9 years of IT experience in integration or Java/J2EE.
• At least 2 years of experience in Enterprise Integration, Middleware, or API Management.
• At least 2 years of experience in API Development and Strategy.
• Strong proficiency with Apigee Edge.
• Experience with JAVA, Java Spring, and Microservices Architecture (MSA) principles.
• Hands-on experience with OAuth, SAML, Web SSO, and SSL.
• Knowledge of Splunk for API analytics and reporting.
• Experience working in Agile methodologies within onsite/offshore models.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in API Administration and setting up Apigee Edge environments.
• Knowledge of high availability, load balancing, and failover configurations.
• Experience with API support, health checks, and log analysis for troubleshooting.
