You will manage and configure the Apigee Edge platform environment, ensuring stable infrastructure and connectivity for API operations.

Responsibilities

• Configure and manage API proxies, API products, and Developer Apps within the Apigee Edge environment.
• Utilize Apigee Maven deploy and configuration plugins to handle deployments and environment setup.
• Implement, test, and validate REST APIs using Postman to ensure service reliability.
• Maintain Apigee Edge infrastructure health and connectivity across hybrid work schedules.

Required Skills

• Hands-on experience with Apigee Edge basic usage and management of API proxies, API products, and Developer Apps.
• Proficiency with Apigee Maven deploy and configuration plugins for automated deployment.
• Strong understanding of REST API principles and practical experience using Postman for API testing.
• Ability to work onsite in Charlotte, NC or Fremont, CA on a hybrid schedule (3 days office, 2 days WFH).
• Any graduate degree.

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of Apigee internal components including Router, Message Processor, Cassandra, and Qpid server.
• Experience with the Apigee-mon module and Apigee Management API.
• Familiarity with Apigee node topologies and on-prem server management best practices.
