Description

You will own the implementation and management of observability platforms for our applications.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and maintain DataDog monitoring solutions across services and infrastructure.
• Develop and manage custom dashboards, monitors, and alerts for system health.
• Partner with Ops and development teams to improve incident trends and triage issues.
• Implement synthetic monitoring, Real User Monitoring (RUM), and Service Level Objectives (SLOs).
• Contribute to automation, self-healing mechanisms, and observability best practices.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of professional experience.
• Expertise in DataDog for APM, Logging, Metrics, Tracing, and monitoring.
• Solid experience with Linux environments.
• Proven experience with OpenShift and Kubernetes.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms and application monitoring.
• Experience within the Financial Services Sector (Banking) is required.
