You manage SharePoint Online configurations and application development workflows.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Set up and configure SharePoint Online as a central document repository.
• Customize SharePoint forms and automate workflows using the Power Platform.
• Design document taxonomies, term stores, and retention schedules.
• Ensure compliance with Microsoft 365 user security protocols and Secretary of State trusted system requirements.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in application analysis or related roles.
• Expertise in SharePoint Online (SPO) setup and configuration.
• Hands-on Power Platform development experience.
• Experience creating document taxonomies and term stores.
• Knowledge of creating and implementing retention schedules.
• Understanding of Microsoft 365 user security protocols.
• Ability to meet Secretary of State trusted system requirements.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with document scanning processes.
