Description

You will architect and deliver Genesys Cloud CX solutions, driving strategic consulting, integration design, and technical governance for complex customer experience environments.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Advise on Genesys Cloud CX configuration, integration patterns, and roadmap alignment with business goals.
• Architect and implement integrations with CRM, ticketing, data, and identity systems using APIs and middleware.
• Provide technical leadership in design reviews, define standards, and mentor engineering teams.
• Resolve escalated incidents, establish monitoring practices, and contribute to disaster-recovery strategies.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of multi-disciplinary IT experience with deep hands-on expertise in Genesys Cloud CX (architect, flows, routing, omnichannel, APIs).
• Proven experience with App Foundry integrations, specifically Google Agent Assist, Google DialogFlow, and Cobrowse.io.
• Strong background in bot/virtual-agent design and RESTful API integration.
• Experience with AI/ML services for customer experience.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and DevOps/CI-CD practices.
• Proficiency in scripting languages including Python and JavaScript.
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (Master’s preferred).
