Description

Lead the design and development of scalable, highly available software solutions on Microsoft Azure and AKS.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end design and development of software solutions, ensuring scalability, security, and performance within Microsoft Azure.
• Containerize ASP.NET Core APIs, prepare Helm charts, and configure Front Door or Application Gateway for multi-region deployments.
• Manage Kubernetes lifecycle tasks, including readiness/liveness probes, secret management, volume mounting, and application upgrades or rollbacks.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define specifications, gather requirements, and deliver complete applications.
• Provide technical consultation to engineering teams and implement CI/CD frameworks with architects.

Required Skills

• 8-10 years of professional experience, including onsite lead and coordination roles.
• Deep knowledge of .NET Core Framework and C#.
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure services: AKS, App Service, Functions, Storage, and SQL.
• Strong development experience with React and/or Angular.
• Expertise in designing and debugging ASP.NET Core Web APIs and backend services.
• Proficiency with Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS), including pod communication and troubleshooting via logs.
• Strong understanding of Object-Oriented Design Patterns and principles.
• Experience with Agile/Scrum processes and Azure DevOps (ADO) CI/CD pipelines.
• Experience implementing deployment strategies for zero or minimal downtime.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with geo-replication and multi-region deployment strategies.
