Description

You will design, develop, and deploy scalable Kubernetes-based infrastructure on OpenShift. You will own the release pipeline, automating deployment, scaling, and management of containerized applications.

Responsibilities

• Design and maintain Helm charts for managing Kubernetes applications.
• Develop and manage CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, GitHub Actions, and OpenShift.
• Automate routine tasks, monitoring, and system maintenance via Python, Bash, or Go scripts.
• Collaborate with development teams to optimize application performance and ensure high availability.
• Conduct security audits, manage TLS/SSL, RBAC, and Ingress/Route configurations.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in cloud-native development and DevOps.
• Proven expertise with OpenShift, Docker, and Kubernetes.
• Proficiency in Python, Bash, or Go scripting.
• Experience integrating OpenShift with CI/CD tools like Jenkins and GitHub Actions.
• Knowledge of cloud services (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
• Understanding of OpenShift networking, Ingress/Route, TLS/SSL, and RBAC.
• Knowledge of container security best practices and troubleshooting Kubernetes infrastructure.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Exstream Cloud Native.
• Familiarity with 15-factor methodology, feature toggles, and circuit breakers.
