Description

You will provide L2/L3 operational support for CyberArk PAM systems, ensuring optimal performance and security.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Handle incidents and service requests to maintain high service quality standards.
• Manage privileged account onboarding processes following established security protocols.
• Monitor and maintain platform health activities to ensure system stability and availability.
• Ensure SLA compliance and maintain stable managed service operations for all security systems.
• Provide operational support to optimize CyberArk PAM system performance.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in CyberArk Support Engineering.
• Strong background in IAM (Identity and Access Management) Managed Services.
• Proficiency in PAM (Privileged Access Management) systems, specifically CyberArk.
• Experience with incident management and service request handling.
• Ability to manage privileged account onboarding and platform health monitoring.
• Strong understanding of SLA compliance and managed service operations.
