Responsibilities

• Handle L2 and L3 support escalations.
• Troubleshoot issues within Java and Microservices architectures.
• Execute and manage SQL queries to resolve data-related incidents.
• Ensure application stability and performance.

Required Skills

• 3+ years of experience in application support.
• Hands-on experience with L2 and L3 support workflows.
• Proficiency in Java.
• Experience working with Microservices.
• Strong SQL skills.
• Any Graduate degree.
