Description

You will lead application support efforts, bridging technical implementation with business objectives.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with technology teams to integrate functions and meet business goals.
  • Define systems scope and objectives for complex application enhancements and problem resolution.
  • Work with Product Owners and Business Analysts to document support requirements and system impacts.
  • Identify risks and vulnerabilities, communicating impact and proposing mitigation strategies to stakeholders.
  • Coach junior analysts and provide in-depth analysis to develop technical solutions.

Required Skills

  • 11+ years of practical problem-solving and strategic thinking experience.
  • Experience working or leading requirement gathering for multiple large development projects.
  • Proficiency with Java, Unix Shell Scripting, REST API, SOAP API, and Mobile Biometrics.
  • Experience with Multifactor Authentication and IBM WebSphere.
  • Familiarity with Linux RHEL and Apache HTTP Server.
  • Demonstrated leadership and strong relationship-building skills.
  • Bachelor's/University degree; Master's degree preferred.

Preferred Skills

  • 10+ years of relevant industry experience in Authentication products for Mobile Biometrics.
  • Familiarity with ITIL framework processes.
