Description

You will own the development and maintenance of complex operational workflows, monitoring systems, and batch scheduling across distributed environments.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and maintain Control-M job workflows and schedules to optimize batch processing.
• Configure and maintain AppDynamics APM agents, building health rules, dashboards, and alerts for proactive monitoring.
• Create and optimize SPL queries, dashboards, and data onboarding pipelines within Splunk from various log sources.
• Develop automation scripts using Python, Shell, PowerShell, or Perl to streamline repetitive monitoring and scheduling tasks.
• Integrate Control-M, Splunk, and other monitoring tools using APIs and custom scripts.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of hands-on experience with Control-M batch scheduling and API integrations.
• Strong proficiency in AppDynamics configuration, performance analysis, and health rule creation.
• Hands-on experience developing SPL queries, dashboards, and data pipelines in Splunk.
• Strong scripting skills in at least one of: Python, Shell, PowerShell, or Perl.
• Deep understanding of application logs, performance metrics, and distributed systems.
• Experience working in Linux/Unix and/or Windows environments.
• Strong analytical, debugging, and problem-solving capabilities.

Preferred Skills

• Experience integrating multiple monitoring and scheduling platforms via APIs.
• Background in designing proactive alerting strategies for complex enterprise applications.
