You will function as an AppDynamics Subject Matter Expert, implementing full-stack observability solutions.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Integrate SAP S/4 with WMS Manhattan, SOA, and IBM MQ.
• Configure SAP application monitoring using AppDynamics, deploying SAP ABAP, Java, and HANA DB agents.
• Diagnose performance bottlenecks and create Health Rules leveraging ABAP code-level visibility.
• Configure AppDynamics BIQ functionality for the SAP O2C cycle and monitor ABAP dumps, IDOCs, and Batch Jobs.
• Build custom Business Transactions and Dashboards using Analytics.

Required Skills

• Minimum 5+ years of relevant technical experience.
• Deep expertise in AppDynamics, including APM, EUM, DB, and Apps modules.
• Strong understanding of observability concepts: traces, logs, and metrics.
• Hands-on experience with automation scripting and JavaScript.
• Proficiency with WMS Manhattan, SOA, IBM MQ, Java, and SQL query building.
• Familiarity with SAP application monitoring configuration.
• Knowledge of integration with ServiceNow.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with ABAP code-level visibility and debugging.
