Description

Deliver technical implementations and provide guidance to customers to realize the value of their monitoring investments. Drive technical aspects of large projects and manage customer expectations while collaborating with project managers to deliver value according to timelines.

Responsibilities

• Lead customer implementations and perform knowledge transfer to enable user success.
• Design solutions to solve specific customer technical problems through technical consultation.
• Act as a trusted advisor through cross-team collaboration and technical guidance.
• Drive customers through discovery and requirements gathering processes.
• Deliver product demonstrations and communicate effectively with diverse audiences.

Required Skills

• Minimum of 4 years of customer-facing experience in pre-sales, consultancy, or APM.
• Deep technical proficiency in at least one core language environment: Java, .Net, NodeJS, or PHP.
• Hands-on experience in at least one technical domain: Cloud technologies, containers, microservices, DevOps, automation, or service management.
• Bachelor degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a similar technical field.
• Strong presentation skills for product demonstrations.
• Proficiency in the English language.
• Readiness to travel.

Preferred Skills

• Hands-on experience with AppDynamics or general application performance management.
• International work experience.
